Just got back from a long weekend in Times Square, and I love, love, LOVED the Casablanca Hotel! I had not been to NYC in 15 years, and my last hotel in Times Square was a miserable shoebox. The Casablanca Hotel proved that you CAN stay in the bustling heart of it all and still have a nice stay. Obviously, the location can't be beat. We walked to a Broadway show and all the shops in the square, and there's a subway stop right there for our excursions to Wall Street, Queens, and Central Park. There are plenty of amenities nearby, like a Chase Bank and a CVS, though the front desk keeps a lot of toiletries on hand for guests. The room was peaceful and quiet, despite being in Times Square (minus the noisy radiator, but it seems like an old building). We had a comfortable bed, a bath tub, and a small table with plenty of room to eat. There was free continental breakfast every day that was substantial enough for us to feel nourished- oatmeal, pastries, fruit, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee, and more. Free pastries and cold drinks are also available 24/7, perfect when you find yourself hangry after walking all day. The staff was also helpful and kind- they arranged a car to pick us up from La Guardia, but also provided helpful information when we decided to take public transit back. My only bit of feedback is that I'd like them to stock nicer toilet paper and tissues. I will certainly book here again if I'm ever back in town. If you stay at this hotel, please say hi to the "breakfast tigers" for us- the multiple gold statues of tigers in the lounge that we enjoyed seeing every morning.

I have been meaning to get on here and put a review.... what a great place to stay in the heart of Manhattan! Two nights with two daughters for a couple nights of shows and taking in the sights of the city. Room and location were fantastic, but all the staff were fantastic, making it a 5+ star stay. They remembered our plans as we set out each day and asked what we thought of the experiences when we returned, engaging us as a true guest. As I was searching, it was reviews stating they made you feel like you were part of the family helped sell me on this spot, and since then, I have told several other friends travelling to NYC to check it out and stay. This is one of those places where I know, "I have a place already to stay" when we head back.

I love the location! The room is smaller than what I’d like for the price, but we were really only there to sleep anyway. I stayed in NYC to celebrate my 40th birthday and they definitely played a part in making it special for me. Huge bathroom. The staff is amazing and makes you feel at home. There’s an area for free tea, pastries, etc that’s open 24/7 that was a plus. I’d definitely stay again. Perfectly located right on Times Square within walking distance to so much. Also, the bed was super comfortable.

Great hotel. The staff are wonderful and the location is perfect for a city adventure. The breakfast lounge is great and always had drinks and snacks 24/7 ... which was great for dealing with jet lag. The rooms are great but a small refrigerator would have bee ideal. Very comfortable nevertheless, surprisingly quiet and a wonderful shower and bathroom. Highly recommended.

I researched and found Casablanca Hotel for our NYC trip. The hotel was everything we could have wanted and more. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The location of the hotel was A++, & the all day coffee and water bottles were great. The hotel was beautiful as well. They had an outside patio area that was very serene
